1. Overview

Suppose Design Office Co., Ltd. (hereafter “the Company”) recognizes the importance of a customer’s personal information and considers it an important responsibility to carefully protect the personal information provided by customers and other individuals to the Company. Therefore, the Company has put in the place the following Privacy Policy so the Company may properly handle said personal information.

2. Collection and use of personal information

Any personal information collected by the Company shall be used by the Company for the following purposes only:

  • To render services to a customer that require the use of an individual’s or individuals’ personal information.
  • To communicate to a customer information that includes, but is not limited to, information that said customer has requested from the Company.
  • To provide to a customer building plans and events related to an architectural project commissioned to the Company by said customer.
  • To advertise events or services as agreed upon with a customer.

3. Sharing of personal information

The Company shall not share a customer’s personal information with third parties, except in the following circumstances:

  • When the handling of said personal information has been subcontracted to a third party.
  • When said customer has agreed to have the information shared.
  • When said personal information needs to be urgently shared for the protection of an individual’s life, physical wellbeing, or assets.
  • When the Company is required to share said personal information under existing laws and regulations.

4. Handling of personal information

The Company shall ensure that all personal information in the Company’s care is handled with utmost caution and security by thoroughly implementing reasonable and appropriate security measures to prevent occurrences that include, but are not limited to:

  • Unauthorized access to personal information.
  • The loss, damage, alteration, leak, and unlawful disclosure of personal information.

5. Requests related to personal information

Upon receiving a request to disclose, alter, delete, or otherwise take action in relation to a customer’s personal information, the Company shall respect said customer’s intent by fulfilling said request only after confirming that the request was made by the customer.

6. Revisions to the Privacy Policy

The company shall review and revise the above Privacy Policy as necessary to improve the protection of personal information and to reflect any changes in laws or regulations.
